I am on some authenticity and genuineness kick, but not in the usual selfish way. I want to be more selfless but not totally selfless. Looking for that middle ground again. I must retain a minute amount of selfishness too. Why? Well no one will ever love my life the way I can. Is that the essence of the uniqueness we experience? That being said a little selfishness is more than enough! Just enough to ensure I don’t go behaving recklessly with my life. Now the selflessness, that is what will take work.
